Great Space, Too Many Unpleasant Surprises Positive: The location is convenient — there is a bus stop nearby. The apartment itself is quite spacious and can comfortably fit four people. For the same price, you can find a similar private apartment on Airbnb in other areas of the island, or otherwise you might end up in a hostel in the center sharing a room with many other guests. Negative: The area has almost no infrastructure apart from the bus stop. Instead of a quiet location, there is active construction around the building, and the noise can easily disturb your sleep. The staff is not helpful and shows very little interest in solving guests’ problems. After payment was already completed, an unexpected €200 damage deposit appeared. For accommodation costing around €50 per night, this feels excessive and should be clearly communicated before booking. There are also many rules that make the stay feel less welcoming. Guests are expected to wash dishes before leaving, and the overall tone feels quite passive-aggressive - almost as if you are expected to do a full cleaning before checkout. Towels are apparently treated as a very valuable asset, since taking them outside is strictly forbidden. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. This may simply be a feature of many buildings in Malta, as they seemed to be coming in through the small bathroom window rather than indicating poor housekeeping. Still, it's something future guests should be aware of, as it wasn't a pleasant surprise. When I entered the room, there was a very strong smell of urine near the sink area. I don’t know what happened there, but the smell never fully disappeared during my stay. I also asked for a simple adapter from a European plug to a Maltese one and was refused — apparently these adapters are too valuable to provide to guests. Overall: The apartment itself is spacious and the price is reasonable for Malta, but the poor communication, extra restrictions, lack of cleanliness, noise, and attitude towards guests significantly reduced the experience. My advice: for the same budget, I would rather choose a proper apartment on Airbnb in another part of the island, especially somewhere with easier access to the beach and a better atmosphere. Being closer to the center is not always worth it if the accommodation itself makes your stay uncomfortable.

Хорошие апартаменты Positive: В целом понравилось все: расположение, огромная терраса для завтраков и ужинов, наличие лифта и работающих кондиционеров, вся техника работает, наличие на кухне необходимого минимума. Negative: Хозяину следует заменить уставший поролоновый матрац кровати и синтетическое постельное белье на натуральное. Спать было не очень удобно. Кроме того убирать следует не только в апартаментах, но и на террасе, которую пришлось убирать самостоятельно.

Egyszerű, az ágyneműt jó lenne mosni mielőtt megerkezik a vendég. Positive: Felszerelt konyha, sütő, hűtő, mikró. Negative: Nem adtak annyi törölközőt, ahányan érkeztünk. A pótágyhoz- kanapéhoz tartozó ágynemű rendkívül használt szagú, büdös volt, így azt nem tudtuk használni. A kilincs kijött az ajtóból.
